  Never have written a review on anything but after today I really thought I should. I called Alpha Electronics at about 11:00 am and talked to a really friendly man. He asked a few questions about the problem I'm having with my TV and then said he would be over early afternoon. Everything was done by 1:45! He had come over looked over everything, got a part, fixed it and said it was still a good TV (we had thought we would probably have to get a new one). Cost to us was the amount of the service call. He could have very easily charged us whatever and we would have never know the difference. Glad to know there are still honest people who don't try and gouge their customers. Thank you Alpha Electronics!!
