  Wow! What a great experience! We needed help - big time with son's first computer build. The techs, who are only there Mon-Fri., were amazingly helpful! They provided advice about building we REALLY needed! We bought a PSU too, which turned out to be bad. The shop gave us no hassles in returning for our money back. Parts are pricey, but so is gas to go across town to Best Buy! Overall a GREAT experience. I have to say though, thanks to the techs especially - both mentors - to my son and his friend. P.S. I have to say to the guy who feels like he got robbed - I've learned to find out prices ahead of time so there are no surprises on either side. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience, but mine was the complete opposite!

  I went here to get some help with my son's laptop and to buy a mouse. The service was excellent they were very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the computer issue quickly and I was very happy. I will come here again any time I need help with my computers.
