  I would give this store -1000000 rate. This company and staffs are so so bad. I bought a mattress by cash. I want the money back because delivery is no good for me. I am trying to get the mattress but the store and delievery team didn't help me. I contacted 3 times and they didn't care about me. Today in the morning, the delirvery team was at my home when I went to work. Yesterday I told them I am not available at the time so I want to change time so the a store staff told me, he will send an email. But today morning, the delivery man said they didn't get anything. it means they didn't care for a true customer. When I went the store they said if I returned, I can get a money back AFTER 3 weeks by mail because I bought a mattress by cash. I have never seen like this store and this kind of company. They keep my money about a month. also, they didn't tell me when the delivery team is holding the mattress, they couldn't cancel it. If they tell me like that, I didn't need to get out of my work early than usual. This customer care is absolutely not good for the mattress firm store and company and customers.
