  What a terrible experience. Bought a refrigerator, 2 days later they called and said it had been discontinued. Went back, ordered another one on a Tuesday, they promised it would be delivered on Friday. Then they called me on Friday and said it didn't get loaded on the truck and that it was out of their hands. I would cancel the order, but we paid cash through Best Buy. What a nightmare. Several calls to Pacific Sales accomplished nothing. What a terrible experience. No care for customers here. Best Buy isn't any better. Done with both those places.
