  I love this place because I love good gear and being able to go in and mess with it, think about and then come back and do it again. I have never had anything, but good solid customer service and backing of the products they sell even when I have purchased the occasional dud/problem item. I have been utilizing the bike shop this year and am quite happy with their service staff and their abilities! They do a lot community support projects too!

  The bike department is awesome! They went way above and beyond is helping get my son commuter's bike fixed so he could get to work. I've been a member for over 20 years. I've never had a bad experience in this store.
