  SC Barns has been a tremendous part in building our dream property. They have helped with our overall design and layout, obtaining permits, budgeting and project timeline. The owner, Ryan has personally assisted with larger issues like the county codes to smaller issues like which automatic water to install. He has always been available, resourceful, professional and most of all friendly. The staff is also amazing. They too are remarkably friendly and very knowledgeable. The new location itself is astonishing as well. They have provided us with a large custom cat kennel attached to our house so our indoor cats can go outside and yet stay safe in the country. Our larger project started off with a simple four stall barn and hay shed almost ten years ago and recently we added on an additional ten stalls with runs, large arena, turnout paddocks, perimeter fence and a round pen all with SC Barns!!!! Thanks SC Barns!!! You are the best!!!

  Poor customer service. I called to see if I could make a return even if my invoice was misplaced and when I got there for the return the person moaned and groaned about having to look through invoices. Once the invoice was found apparently the only person who could issue return checks was on vacation for a week. Honestly I feel that the person was just being lazy and could have had a manager to issue the return. I paid cash, as I always do and when I originally bought the products they asked for a first name and nothing else only later to say "I didn't want to give my information". I will definitely make sure to let people know to go to Wine Country and Ranch equipment in Rhonert Park instead of SC Barns because the costumer service was exceptional at Wine Country and Ranch equipment.
