  I needed a billing issue resolved. I arrived at the store when they opened. I was the only one standing at the counter 5 feet from two Sprint reps who were talking to each other. No acknowledgement of my presence for at least 4-5 minutes. Nothing. So I just stand and wait. When the rep was ready he breifly helped me and then told me the issue could not be resolved at this store. He told me to go to the Sprint store on santa Rosa Ave. So I goto the SR Ave Sprint store and tell the employee what the rep at the Sprint mall told me. The SR Ave Sprint rep tells me " oh yeah, they do that all the time". The SR Ave Sprint rep then resolved my billing issue. So then I call the Sprint mall store and tell them what the other Sprint rep told me. He says Sr Ave rep doesn't know what he's talking about. If you go to this store be prepared to be lied to.
